The tool supports a comprehensive selection of terminals, including ferrule terminals, sleeves, tubular connectors, pin cord ends, lugs, and VE terminals.
The jaws are constructed from premium alloy steel with a hardness of ≥51HRC to ensure tight crimps without premature wear. The clamp body is made from high-strength, anti-rust, and corrosion-resistant steel.
The self-locking ratchet delivers uniform crimping pressure effortlessly without needing manual force retention, while an adjustable pressure knob customizes tension according to wire diameter.
The kit comes with either SO 10-4 or SO 10-6 crimping pliers, a double-layer portable storage case, 200 nylon cable ties (black and white), and approximately 1,620 assorted ferrule terminals ranging from 22AWG to 7AWG.
It features a quick-release trigger to immediately disengage the tool if a jam occurs and non-slip textured rubber handles for safe, controlled handling even in moist or oily conditions.
